Our 8kg Speckle Park box of beef arrived as promised-we even got a tex when it was left on our front door. We particularly enjoyed some of the slow cook cuts, like short ribs and brisket,which we would not normally buy. They were delicious and tender. The sausages were some of the best I have ever eaten. I had a lovely time working with Hill Country Farms on this website and particularly enjoyed trying the beef box itself. The steaks were all beautifully tender while still being flavorsome. The sausages were genuinely probably the best I have ever had. I am looking forward to trying some of the slow cooker cuts. Can't wait for them to start bringing in some orders that I know everyone will enjoy!
